The Great Lakes Race Kart Association was originated in the Menominee area about 15 years or so ago. After
that it moved to the Escanaba Fairgrounds. After being there for many years it was moved to Aurora Wisconsin for the 2004
season where it will be starting it's second season in summer 2005. There are 5 classes offered at this time and possibly
more added in the future. We have an Oval as well as a Road course set up. This track is a membership run track with the membership
groing each year. Our club takes pride in the fact that we have a very clean and safe racing facilities. We are also
very family orientated and enjoy lending a hand to new racers who join our club. We have yearly club family memberships available at
a cost of $60.00. This Helps to cover track expenses as well as end of year trophies. You need to have a membership to earn
points to run for the championship each year!
